RX7 13B 4 UR AZZ

OK I have heard a lot of good things about the TO4R and likewise of the GT4088R now pound for pound and dollar for dollar which is a better turbo. I know the question is kinda vague as there are many variables that would make each special in there own way. What i have planned is a 13B-RE I am stuck on what turbo to use want rather quick spool and decent top end. The reason i ask is because RPM Motor sports used the to4r on there half bridge 13B-RE fc and it looks great so ???? help me out.

gt 40 is my choice #1 but since coin is tight right now i have what i belive is a gt40 but it is a journal bearing turbo I have it off rebuilding and getting a 360 thrust bearing upgrade so i might use that but what are the limitations of the to4z as far as hp and psi

i believe the z is a little larger then the 4r and has bb for faster spool and is water cooled also. b/c i no when kevin went to the z from the r we had to add water lines to his fd
