Yes it would be... especially if you buy a datalogit.... then you can do anything you want to the car short of throwing in a 20B and you will be able to tune it...

Wow, hmm, lets see hear. To start with you need to have a good fresh motor, ecu, injectors and pump, maybe a new seconday fuel rail and rrfpr depending on the inj set up you choose, of course basics like intake(just stick a K&N in the turbo) and exhaust, and new dp that should come with a kit, new manifold that should come with a kit, bov, waste gate (those might also come in a kit) oil lines, remove the air pump and all the crap for it and seq, you'll really need a new water pump pully and belt when you remove the air pump, clutch, FMIC, upgraded radiator, like Vosco said, grind part of the lim, If you go with Power FC get a Datalog it and Oz DIY wideband. I'd also get a set of nice sticky ties for the back.

I'm sure there are other things here and there but thats close

well the fd has a 3 channel ignitor. the 20b has (if you fire leading and trailing together) it needs 3 channels. the only difference between the fd and the 20b is the firing order. the 20b is 1-2-3, the fd is 1-2, 1-3.

or i think a skyline one would work right out of the box.
