just have a question. i have a t04s turbo with 1300's and stock primaries... with a power FC... the problem is that i am running really really lean at idle and on boost... we added an insane amount of fuel to the t04s map and now i have it idleing ok, but it still runs real lean on boost... i could add a whole lot more fuel on boost, but i don't understand why i would have to.

orignally we thought maybe it was the map so we put in a gt79 map (big t78 map) and it was still running lean. i don't think it is the power FC because i got it brand new and was running it with my twins fine.... i do have a small exhuast leak from my crappy obx manifold but its not big enough to cause all these problems. i think i will switch to the cast hks manifold just because, but i still need to figure out why it is not running like it should be.

i took off the fuel rail to put in the new injectors and put it back on... so i don't think that my FPR would go bad all of a sudden but maybe? could my problem be a bad stock fpr/fpd? it sucks... my car is supposed to be nice and fast and i can barely accelerate out into traffic... any ideas?

heres my mods

RE monster vmount

hks twin power

taylor wires

turbonectics 60-1 .84 hotside .7 cold

obx mannifold with a small leak

power fc

1300 cc injectors

and all the other standard bolt ons....

My guess is the fpr or the fuel pump...

fuel pump is brand new walbro... so i don't think it is that... i would think it would either work... or not work... but it could be that....

That T78 map should be rich as hell with a to4s. Having inadequate fuel pressure would cause the symptoms you are having. Figure out your fuel pressure.

Sweet..You sure it was the 255lph unit? There are plenty of ppl running that pump.

exactly...it didnt work we pulled it out...stuck mine in...car ran pretty good.."super rich" pulled mine back out...looked at the two pumps..cursed a little bit...then saw the problem and fixed it! the o ring on the pump wasnt seating correctly..allowing fuel to get by the sides..so i guess the pump wasnt malfunctioning but rather install mistake..
