Thumbs up

Hey,

Don't post much here. but i found more info on the to4r i should receive hopefully any day now (been ordered for like two months.. backorder it seems) then anywhere else.

I was building my own manifold copied from an hks unit. I was going to use 9mm stainless steel flanges.

What do you guys think of this thickness? too thin? I only found this thickness here in 321 ssteel.

Thanks all

Regards

George

It's a little on the thin side but it should be ok. I use 7/16"(a little over 11mm)

so you reckon that i should do a doubler plate? I can find thinner, just not thicker. Will it be a good idea to tig weld the plates together? say have them up to 15mm? or should a just put a gasket in between?

thanks

9mm will be ok but you will have to face it after welding.
