My tank is mounted using the factory mounting points, we made brakets to fit it. The only cutting done to the car was a smalle hole for filling the gas...
Did you get a chrome gas cap so you know where to put the gas in, too?

Actually there is a big bar that is there from the factory for the same purpose. The radiator support is actually not that stiff. But I am sure i lost a bit of support but then i addded (also welded in) a bracket under the car to hold the radiator in. It is actually stiffer than what i cut out.
yeah, theres that bar, but your still losing the structure up top. i guess its fine, i was just wondering. looks good other wise, good luck.

Wouldn't the cone filter being mounted right next to the engine bring in too much heat, or would the fan be bringing in enough cold air?
