There are a number of wideband systems under $1000 now. The TechEdge system is about $400-450, pre-assembled with display, sensor, and shipping, etc.

Look at these sites:

I've got the SPA EGT ..and soon I'll get a WBO2 ...but my question is,

Does the (Honda) 0-5v NKT 5 work across the board for the different WBO2 systems.. the DIY and FJO ?? 'cause I have been told that there are different types of WBO2's ..or are they all NKT 5's ???

TIA,

Richard

There are different sensors. A particular wideband system will only work with one (or perhaps a few) of the sensors. They have different heater control details (and perhaps signal differences), so you have to match the control unit with a sensor.
