The Mazdatix/racingbeat on my n/a fc is pretty deep sounding. Even when you really get on it the sound is loud but, well you know its hard to describe just what it sounds like. My brother described the sound as incredibley similar to a BMW motorcycle with opposing cylinders or something like that.

Use some Magna flow 2.5" muffers at the rear they might work, Its hard to say

With the 1st gen car's that i do exhausts on I Have a 3" dump pipe and just past the the gearbox mount I put One of our Hand made Resonators on it, (www.selectmaz.com.au) and then over the diff to the magna flow, it sound deep and there is no chainsaw noise but we have put modified RB muffler's which flow 3" on the back and sound near standard at idle but have a nice deep sound at full noise and not restrictive at all, thanks

I wouldn't be concerned with the small appearance of the M2. I was concerned with that at first too, but remember you don't need huge exhaust tips to have power. You have your 3" pipe flowing into two 3" tips....plenty of flow. I had the apexi n1 dual, which was way too loud without the silencers and noticable slower with the silencers in. However when I installed the m2 dual tip I felt no decrease in power....at least nothing noticable. If you lose 5hp who cares anyways, it looks good, sounds good, so it must be good.
