Davinchi To4r Kit

Pull Your comp. cover off and have it tapped for the non vac boost source for the boost controller. I have My kit just installed and am just tuning it right now. I got rid of the heater hose and capped it. The WG will fine for 18 plus psi. My vband clamp I had is not sealling so I hope Ron gets Me another soon. The mani is much louder then the thick mild steel one I was using with the T-72. I will let You Guys know how it feels in comparison.
We should all compare maps once We get tuned. I started with Dragons T04R map and pulled some timing and added fuel. I am running a mix of C12 with premium for a mixture of about 96. My water injection will be turned on shortly after I get the fuel close.

1. find a pressure source as close to the turbo as possible. Some turbos even have a nipple on the compressor housing.
2. run a line off the pressure source nipple and fork it into two lines.
3. connect 1 of the 2 lines to the bottom of the wastegate-this line pushes air pressure into the bottom of the gate and forces it open when the air pressure exceeds the wastegate spring rating.
4. If you are using an electronic boost controller connect the 2nd line to a solenoid and connect the solenoid to the top of the wastegate. By regulating the air going into the top of the gate the solenoid increases or decreases the spring rate that the pressure generated by line #1 must overcome.

Following up. I was able to order the 120 elbow from Gotham today (thanks for the tip Chris C.) (oh and Ihor for calling me back) I was able also to find one nipple small enough to tap the compressor housing for the boost controller. I took the greddy elbow to a local fabricator and he is welding the BOV flange on for $100 (remind me to buy a TIG and retire early) Problems I still face, I still need the nipples for the wastegate that I got from DaVinchi, they forgot those too. If I can manage to find those and Dee is available on Sunday to tune it up(trying to avoid rain) then I just might be able to get the car to rotorfest.

$100 to weld on a flange?
Anyway I looked all over town for those nipples so I might come up short. Also I still have no V band.
