Got this back from Justin at DaVinchi today. It looks good to me. They have added a flange, an o2 bung and some flex tube for the dump tube. Here are some from before. Originally there was no flange on the end. It was flared and you can see where I tried to block sand it to get it flat. (Yea great, nice try) As you can imagine it wouldn't seal for ****. Dee was so gracious to notice the obnoxious exhaust leak it had when i limped it up to him the first time.

I know your saying "who gives a **** it's only a down pipe" but i figure the forum has been slow and why not share something. Your comments are welcome.

Here is the nasty scar I got from trying to get the V band on tight enough to seal it the first time. Wrench slipped and I rammed the top of my hand into the under side of the filler cap. Ouch. I could see a porkchop inside my hand.

at least this time you have an actual flange welded on... instead of the make believe one that you used to have

man you need to take fresh impact pictures of cuts...not a week of healing scare!

BTW why two bung? I have the Innovate to help tune. Is this so the OE O2 can stay in place while tunning. I need to make my DP.

That scar is from this past summer when i first got the kit. It's healed up pretty good now. One bung for a wideband, and the other for the o2. Maybe pointless but it's there none the less.

Looks like some back woods **** but I guess you get what you pay for. I personally would have sent the whole kit back. At least they attempted to fix it. That is all you can really ask for.

Hope it seals this time.
