manual ball n spring, why real quick spool and is always steady if using a proper controler like xs or something and can be fine tune quit well and is flipping light as hell. and alot cheaper!

profec B version 1, if you see how big the solenoid is you won't ask why....

I have run a profec a, haltech boost control, turbosmart mbc, and now a blitz spec R..

I have been in a few cars light tuning with a profec b..

The profec a is pretty wonky bc, the haltech was either 7 psi or 20, no in between, the manual boost controller from turbosmart changed setpoint everytime I ran the car, never held consistant boost.

With the profec b, we have found that the wasteagate tends to hang open with vacuum through the shift killing spool up..

I bought a blitz and its great unit, the spec r doesnt have alot of gadgets its pretty plain, but the boost is rock solid and hits consitently every time...

I have been told by some pretty reliable sources that the profec b has a problem with spool speed on large turbo cars and tends to overshoot the boost setpoint ..Maxt

Weren't people having issues with the Profec II? I thought it was all about the Profec S? I maybe wrong. Been thinking of getting the Profec S though.

blitz sbcid because you have my old turbo kit and i know it works on it PERFECTLY. the only slightly annoying thing is letting it learn the boost curve but it doesn't take long https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png
