hello all,

I ask your knowledge on a turbocharger, if you have none then don't reply.

I have a 13b re it has been pinned, street ported intake + exhaust, nice 1 piece apex seals, 85 psi oil press, and anything that would be necessary. I am looking for the perfect turbocharger. I want 500 hp at the wheels more wouldn't be bad. I want boost to build at 3000 to 3300 rpm. I guess my confusing is conflicting suggestion; please add input or better suggestion.

Previous suggestions

Precision turbo SC61 with large p-trim

Precision turbo SC67

T04-s p-trim 68 a/r

I don't know if these people know what they are talking about

thank you for your input

You can't have drag system power with a street system boost threshold unless you want to use nitrous.

A to4S or anything in the size range( SC61 I'm assuming has a 61mm inducer) can reach those numbers between 20-25psi depending on the rest of your system. Personally if you want fast spool and a lot of power I prefer to run a smaller compressor( less lag) and run it at elevated boost levels with methanol injection to make the big power.

That Sc67 sounds like a basic to4R, which can make those numbers at lower boost levels, but on the other hand is going to add about 1000rpms to your boost threshold. Personally I'd only run a turbo that large at atleast 2 bar.
