94T66, are you using an Innovative T66 or a turbonetics? Have any idea what your compressor diameter (inducer/exducer base) is? Custom manifold, or something we all can go out and purchase off the shelf? Spool characteristics? Just curious as I noticed Jason from the "other" forum apparently dropped the upgraded T78 he was using (and I still am) for a T04R. My boost response isn't as good as I'd like although I'm still in the process of tuning things. Bloody fast at only .6kg/cm2 but isn't pushing much boost until about 4K rpm where it just takes off. I've "heard" that Innovative makes a BB turbo that'll drop right on/in to the GReddy T78 kit but I don't know of anyone using that particular turbo.

95rx7tt, I am using the Innovative BB T66, 1.0 devided Q trim. I make 15 psi by about 3300rpm in 5th gear with some very large street porting. I actually get some compressor surge due to it boosting up to fast in 5th gear which makes freeway diving/cruising kind of a pain in the ass. I had the XS T04S kit but was maxing out at 22psi and wanted something bigger. This bolted up fine but a new downpipe had to be made since the new turbo is v band and has a 3 1/2" outlet. I wish I had the Greddy manifold to see how it would do but I already had the XS and it fit and seems to work fine for now, plus I would have to make another downpipe and I am just too lazy! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png I would also like to try a larger ex housing, like a 1.15 or so but space is very tight with the XS manifold. How is your porting? The same time that I switched fromt he T04S to the T66 I also opened my ports up quite a bit which helps with spool up as well. The end result being I now run a bigger turbo that spools faster than my old XS T04S.
