5 Inch Vband

upon closer inspection.....the vband flange on the exhaust housing looks like it has not been cut in half. In other words, it looks like 2 vband flanges are attached (uncut) together. I am I wrong? It doesn't look right.
Also, it's supposed to be ball bearing. How much less resistance is it compare to non-bb? When I spin the blades.....I expect it to continue to spin for a while after taking my hand, but it stops pretty quick. Are there any markings on the turbo to indicate it's bb?

wtf...I dont get the first pick unless thats a flange that fits into the turbine and you must weld a exhaust to that. BB spin a little better than non bb.
Put a little silcone on them it will help a little . Just for some lube.They are dry bearings.The seller should know and the serial # can be look up if you feel it aint so.
