Who has actually done a full bridge port turbo motor? I've been searching and seems most stick with a half bridge meaning bridge ports only on the end plates. Looking to see if anyone has been successful with a fully bridge ported motor.

I didnt get to assemble it, but I have been party to the porting, tuning and building of a full bridge turbo motor. Yes it made heaps of power, and idle was not much off that of half bridge.

I've never done it but am curious enough to try it. I may try it on mine, provided I've got a spare center housing I can swap out in the event that it doesn't work.

I just finished building my first full bridge turbo motor (first bridged motor actually). She's going in the car late next week (I need to send my HKS 50mm wastegate out to have it inspected and have a 10psi spring installed).

Should be a hoot!

A buddy of mines was running a full BP 12A turbo 1st gen that ran 10.04 in the 1/4 mile. He was making just over 500rwhp with a 64mm turbo.

A good friend of mine , who is also a local racer runs 8.6 secs. in the quarter with a fully bridged motor and a GT 42 , he made 608 RWHP at 26psi , and thats with relatively mild tuning on race gas.
