$900 conversion, bs?

Almost looks good but I'm betting it wouldn't last long, thoughts? I have an fd with HKS turbo piping, big exhaust, Japanese ECU, and intake and I'm looking for a cheap single turbo conversion method since my stock turbo system is messed up ( only lead is there is a $100 single turbo manifold locally) and could use some advice and help.
