water & oil temp?

hello can anyone help... My car is running 200-210 water temp & oil is around the same.

what? oil temp is about the same? SO your oil temp is about 200-210

Yes that is what my oil temp is. But only when Im running it hard then it goes back down to 180-190. Is this ok??

180-190 is right where you want it, 200 is ok, but 180-190 is better
