hell no..fasthatch?

Sounds cool but I am still trying too figure out is he GIVING it out like he said or what? I think its extra tools he designed( reversed engineered) to coexist with currrent code and programs. It sounds awsome.

No Turbomark7 said he had read somewhere about a new datalogit also.

Just curious.

taken from glen's post to the datalogit owner's list

FC-Datalogit

New re-open date for online sales is October 29. 2005.

We have been having a nice holiday after 3 years of FC-Datalogit.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

While we have been taking a break we have given FC-Datalogit's FC-Box

a birthday!

New sales will receive the new version of the FC-Box. Similar looking

to the old one but a little faster inside.

It is now all made by machine instead by hand. We will still check

every one just to make sure they are up to spec.

This also means we will have hundreds of them in stock instead of

running out all the time. So we will be able to get them out the door

quicker and have enough for some new dealers to stock them closer to

where you customers are.

It has taken a little longer than anticipated to get the new version

built this is in the most part due to the low volume we make.

Any order under 1500 is a prototype!

It cost more to make them by machine than by hand but we have been

able to update some components which are cheaper so the end result is

we will not increase the price.

Now production is out of the way we will have time to be able to go

back to further developing the product, manuals etc.

We will not be able to process any new orders during until we re-open

because we will not re open until we have the stock on the shelf...

We will probably sort out a buy back / exchange price for those of

you that want the latest hardware so don't sell your old unit yet.

There isn't much difference between the old and new versions so we

don't expect many people to want to exchange but we will offer it

anyway. (maybe some people just want a clean case )

Please give us a chance to get up and running again.

We will announce it here and it will only be for registered users.

Please don't send us an email about it I still have 700 to get

through...

Best Regards,

Glen
