I just have never seen that " hat " piece before. What are the specs on the turbine section of your turbos?

used a couple of bend angles i wouldnt really think are beneficial but it did look like they were necessary due to engine bay constraints.

The pipes are aluminum , so the beads are a bit thicker than with steel , but I am not too interested in the aesthetics for now , I am concentrating on geting her finished and bask on the road.

All the bends were necessary to get the piping to fit , its 3" I.D. aluminum pipe , that were used to make large radiused bends , there wouldn't be ANY flow loss or pressure related problems what so ever.

I have a feeling that with TWO turbo's, he won't have a problem with forcing air into the motor, regardless of having bents that are not "beneficial".

Heres an update ,.... I got her running and and rented an Autronic WB for a day , and did some tuning so that I'd be able to drive her for the break in without ANY problems . I got a few cells in the lower rpm sites tuned , when I checked back the data logs , I saw that the engine speed never went over 5000 RPMs , throttle opening never went over 30% and boost pressure was 15 lbs !!! , and this is from rolling in 3rd gear , (I was having some problems getting all the lower engine speed sites tuned, since my initial map was too far off !, after the Autronic did some tuning I was then able to sort it out ) , I had to change the gears early until I get up to 3rd gear cause it was bucking real bad . The turbos boosted REALLY well , I wasn't able to really scrutinize any of my datalogs so I cant say exactly I begin to see + manifold pressure but I know it begins to build way early , now for the SHITTY part ... , my friggin , OS Giken Twin plate clutch is slipping !!!! , I know I'm not making ALL that power yet , I suspect some oil got on it from a leaky input shaft seal ! , so now I have to go back in there and change it !!!
