hey guys, long time reader, short time poster



ok i have a lotus 7 kit car im rigging a 13b-rew into, i bought i gearbox that was missing a slave cyl, so i ordered one from japan... 6 weeks later, it makes no sense to me... the slave cyl i have(which is a s6 one according to mazda) has 2 threaded "bolts comming off it, but the gearbox has 3.. eres some photos







any help would be soooo apreciated, im guessing theirs some adapter or somthing that makes it all make sense???

there is a spacer that bolts to the bellhousing with that 3 bolt pattern. The slave then bolts to it.

^If no one here has a used one , and you want a quicker but still reasonably priced source for stock parts, try MALLOY MAZDA 1-888-533-3400. Ask for Ray Crowe. He has always treated me right, knows these cars and could probably get you that spacer. They also have free shipping.

thanks heaps guys, went to mazda(i live in nz) and asked for the adapter, they couldnt find it in their parts list... typical

Sorry, I didn't notice the "nz" earlier. Still, there has to be a used one somewhere near you, it's not like the part would wear out. And please post some pics of the car when you get it done. Sounds fun. Good luck.
