central valley sounds alot like Charles county Maryland. Those cops would be happy to accidentaly mistake the bannana in his hand for a pistol and blow his head off.

 

He better stay away from the panhandle. The cops 'round here have gotten away with capping 5 people in the last 6 years who were unarmed and running away from the police. He wouldn't last long.

People are speculating that he has a family because the shootings took place around early morning an noon hours. It stopped over the weekend and then this monday morning back again for more carnage. Sounds like someones dad is doining more than going to work in the morning.
