Ok Guys, I've jumped on the Single turbo band wagon Now, So I'm selling a set of 2001 JDM twinturbos. They are off of my fd3s which had only 51000km on it. They have never been boosted and Just to make sure, I had my mechanic pulled them apart to make sure nothing was wrong with them. They are in beautiful shape. I am letting them ago for nothing less than 1600.00 + shipping. I'm Located in the Cayman Islands, so shipping to you guys in US will be very cheap.

Ok, so you had these on your car and NEVER boosted them??? Are these the 99 spec 280hp turbos or the base model 265hp turbos???

 

I thought everything after 99 was the higher power twin turbos? Doesn't make sense to offer a lower power option in my mind.



One thing I've always liked about the FD's marketing strategies is the difference between the base, touring, and R1 aren't really anything major on performance.



Say a 350Z coming in all these different options where one model is much more powerful then another which is just retarded in my mind cause they just aren't the same car anymore.



Only upgrades an R1 has is a stiff *** suspension which most people would change anyways and the dual oil coolers which from my knowledge does nothing for power gain. Unless I'm just misinformed then please do let me know.

This is off of the 2001 rs which came with 280hp...more like 280whp.hehehe
