shane, it was a white vert, and as far as there being signs, there are, i didnt notice them though, they used to have security gaurds coem in and clear everyone out AFTER store hours, but, we got ticketed DURING store hours, the only defense they have is that, we werent paying customers, how do they know that my friends mom didnt go to the bank to get us money for coffee so we could be paying customers, its just retarded, my mom is wanteing to counter-sure for defemation of character and profiling of my friend and i (me = looks kinde like a flaming homo) but mostly due to my friends appereance (Crazy death metal looking guy) trhe cop said "we looked suspicious" isnt that profiling? and by law, dont they have to give us a warning before they can ticket?

many things sound wrong here. 1. he can't ticket you for trespass at a public place during business hours, unless the owner/manager/employee of shop calls in a complaint. 2. he said he has video of you and your friend well did he have permission to park and do survalance. if the place he was parked is a private owned place like the starbucks then he has to have permission to park there and video tape. when you go to court that is if you can't get the ticket dropped, plead innocent make the cop come into court to prove his ticket was just. make him produce a video and evidence that he had permission to do survalance from where he was.
Once its over and if you are cleared file wrongful prosecution charges aginst him and harassment charges, all aginst that cop. A big one if you can get away with it civil rights violation.

as sure of the fact that i could win and sue, i dont want to go through all the hassle, i talked to the court house lady today, she said that if i my friend and i plead guilty, we pay a 100 dollar fine and if we stay clear of other tickets for 6 months its off our records, so i may do that, it is still serious bullshit, i know im not guilty, but i dont know if i wanna go through all the hassle of court time and lawsuits
