Man that sucks. Dude, fight it. There are so many factors that are for you. Espicially the fact that there were other people in the parking lot hanging out. That can be your whole argument. I got out of a running a stop sign ticket because of that. It was a stop sign in the middle of no where and the street that you cross has to turn before the stop sign, so pointless to begin with, and the 4 people in front of me rolled through it, and the 2 people behind me did it. But the cop singled me out because I was in a red MR2. Judge dropped it.

Cops dont have quotas for writing tickets. My major was criminol justice in college and most of the teachers for the crimonal justice courses are retired cops. If you know the management, you should get a letter from them saying that they are cool with you and you werent tresspassing, and bring your friends mom to tell the prosecuter she was inside. With that there shouldnt realy be much of a case against you. Then I would file a complaint against the officer

way too much reading on the second page, but go and take pictures of the starbucks from afar so that the whole area is shown and take close-ups of all the signs to in fact show that there were no tresspeassing signs shown.
