Okay...lets just put it this way. If you are not on the waiting list add $5000 to every price! Need I mention what happened to the 350z? All the sticker prices were in the high 30's. So......you are going to pay alot of overhead just to get one. Wait till the 2005 comes out. That way they can fix all the problems with the first batch and you have time to get on a list!

Yeah but arent they already out in Japan? or fixing to come out? I understand the point but its a pretty big investment just for bragging rights!

Oh well.. you know what I mean.. on American soil.. Yea, that is some cost to say you're the first one on the block to have one..

Yeah I got you....But if I recall the guy at the auto show said you can still order them on the Mazda Website. Havn't confirmed it since i am pretty lazy

That's true.. but that's what the RX-8 is suppose to be about.. having all the kinks already worked out from the last rotary.. to show off the power and performance of what they're really capable of..
