I'll take your advise and take it for a test drive to the local rota shop and see what they say.



So, do you think I still should check the cam belts before I leave just to be on the safe side... What the hell did that dealer know.

yeah check the cam belts and the valve springs just to be sure!

no prob. maybe you could ask the place that is selling it to look at those cam belts. then when they tell you that they looked at them you can tell them that you know they are lying and that they should give you a discount or you will tell everyone you know that they are liars.

That car has the same as what mine had when I bought it and I had 4 miles, paid $28k. I think the price is too high.

you guys have to think about the fact that the market in aus is different than the market here. there may be a lot fewer 8s available there than here, which would make the price increase. thats why i asked her if that was a good price there, and she said she sees them going for 47-50k compared to this one at 41k. that sounds pretty good to me.
