Why is the turbo on the other side of the exhaust ports...???

Why would you strech the exhaust around the engine to the turbo on the other side ...???

I think TRUST' is onto something we dont know...

the turbo placement will be odd since theres no room by the exhaust manifold, considering it goes through the motor mount.

Yeah it does seem odd guys, thats why I wanted different pics after I posted hehe.

I mean looking at the engine bay from the front, the piping goes down to the left, but then on the bottom pic of the turbo, it looks like the turbo is on the left side of the engine looking forward from under the car WEIRD I agree, so im working on pics or a visit to see the car.

looks like a pretty weird set up.... like everyone says.

almost looks like the compressed air will go straight to the TB, no intercooler. and that must be a lot of piping to get the exhaust all the way to the driver side of the car to the turbo

I believe you guys are looking at the pic wrong. That is the tranny on the left. The brace that is on the turbo flange runs to the tranny. It looks like an actuated turbo to me. The reason they put the air cleaner on that side and ran piping to the front of the turbo on the other side is that they have to make it fit with all the stock crap in place.
