I am still looking for an RX8. Just being picky.

But I have run into a question I need answered.

Someone on this list suggested a Shinka. There seem to be a lot of them around as I see them advertised several a week.

But I looked up the car on Wikipedia and it says less than 2000 of them were actually made and ALL were dark cherry in color with parchment leather interior.

None of those offered to me have been dark cherry in color.
Either many that own a 2005 think its a Shinka or Wikipedia is wrong.

Which is it? If Wikipedia is wrong...which would NOT surprise me....how does one recognize a 2005 Shinka

All I can say is that I test drove an RX-8 on a dealers lot back a few years ago. It was identified as a Shinka and it dark cherry in color with a parchment leather interior. And there was something visually funky about the seats. Nice car.

Thanks, that means I am not totally crazy....maybe a little because I still want a Wankel engined car.

BTW, is that sexy picture on my signature my fault or is the no pistons site putting it there? I dont like it so if its my fault I will see if I can get rid of it.

You should be able to log into your control panel and add or edit an avatar pic.

Looks like its something Google puts there and I have to opt out to get rid of it. I opted out.
