What are RX8's selling for? Any additional dealer profit tacked on? Are the dealers loading the cars up with dealer installed "options" They seem like a great car, but not at MSRP+. I would like a lightly optioned car without leather or a 900 watt sound system. Is this available? Has anyone tried a broker or buying service? Thanks, Butch

Got my 8 for $2000+ under MSRP and don't regret it one bit.

yep after the little mix up with HP sales dropped and cars are going for couple grand under msrp around here. I think part of the country matters too.

someone in town was advertising an RX-8 for $23K. i'm guessing it's a base model automatic, but that's still not a bad buy for a housewife, or a college daughter.

DAD's: buy this car for your cute daughter, and let me date them. them, let me find a cheap stick trans, put in a turbo, and kill you daughter and take the car. wait, forget the last idea...

Most dealers that I know of are selling MSRP, I don't know of many that were selling over invoice even on the pre order.

I got mine with every option except nav and appearance package. I even got the spare.

250 over invoice, 29,100 + tax and fees. Came to 31,900 out the door.
