No turn signals or hazard lights

No turn signals or hazard lights
Hello all, I just bought my wife a 2005 Rx8 6Speed with 36k miles on it. The car is in nice shape, but there is no turn signals or hazard lights. I checked all the fuses and they were all good. I suspect it is a flasher realy, I have no clue were to look for them at. Someone please help. thanks
