Im just went in a looked it over. I was the first and only guy there. It just came off the truck about 5 min before I got there.

I'll throw up this teaser pic and I 'll get some more up later on when I get off work.

My thoughts on the car,

While its pretty cool. The back seats are neat, although not as roomy as I thought they were going to be. The interior is clean, nice lines. The trunk is pretty large. The rear door are cool also. The rear door windows open like a the windows in a cab of a truck, they sorta pop out for ventilation. The engine bay is pretty lame. Nothing to polish except the alternator, but its fairly clear, you can look down and see the block once you pop the cover off, which i did. I like the seats, they also adjust with electronic switches. Im not sure if thats a good thing though. And the gear shifter feels super sloppy.

But I was staring at it waiting for it to strike me as badass like the Fd does and it just doesnt. Its a cool little car sure but it definitely does not have the same attraction as the 3rd gen 7.

I would get one for a commuter car but I dont think i would bother modifying it personally. Now my opinion may change some when PFS does Rikkis car. We shall see how cool it is then. The car sits way to high for me also.

But with a Rotary Extreme/MAZDASPEED body kit and some suspension and different wheels. Who knows, I just hope that they sell well so we can get a 4th Gen.

the one thing i really didnt like was that when u closed the door it shook a lot, as if they didnt latch firmly. the cars i saw were supposedly pre-production, so maybe that was fixed.
