according to this its gunna be called mutant blue........



but where can i find this paint...... or can i even find it anywhere
There's a possibility that color was just for the X men movie, since it was called mutant blue..

well, it kinda sucks but........ all mazda usa corp could give me was..... its a pretty blue color and its called mutant blue. they asked me if i was a reporter and when i said i wasnt...... they gave me the number to their costumer assistance line. and then they gave me the mutant blue answer again.



i need more help

Humm.. it must be mutant blue. Don't know where you could find the code from though..

hehe, i dont think that helps the body shop htough........ for them mutant blue can be purple or something

Mutant blue is not going to be an available color (at least at launch). It was exclusivly made for the X-Men 2 movie. I also might be difficult for a body shop to do the color. It is a blue with specs of purple in it. That would make it difficult and expesive to reprduce aftermarket.

Humm.. it must be mutant blue. Don't know where you could find the code from though..
You can get paints like that from specialty shops,

House of Kolor is one of them. Mazda didnt make and doesnt

make thier own paint, so they get it from someone, being as they

are owned by Ford and Ford uses BASF I would look to them.

BASF is the same comany as R-M as well. Ford used BASF for the

mystic paint job on that Cobra Mustang in 1996 and in 2000.

paint is expensive-yes,

is it any more labor then any other repaint? - No
