I decided that for a company car an Rx8 would do me fine, so I went to the local mazda dealer and bought/ordered a 8 a week ago. Should have her in the driveway on the 16th March according to mazda. Got to take her to the DMV and get her registed.

Went to speak to them on thursday last week and found out that the DMV in Canberra don't really like rotaries. Bastards. Jen took the FD there to change rego over and the thing failed. Bastards.

I got the Rx8 Leather pack 6 speed manual in Velocity red. I looked at winning blue but have to wait 4 weeks for that.

Total price $64,360 with a '3 year/Unlimited Kilometres Warranty' with body panels warrantied against perforation (rust through) for up to 6 years (including the 3 year vehicle warranty).

And now it should be happy motoring for me. Zoom Zoom Zoom

See, if my company had given me an RX-8 I woulda loved it. But they didnt (the pig bastards) so I had to buy my own. That being said, I've never enjoyed those long *** drives as much in my life.

Congrats. The 8 is a little on the high side in price over there? It is not worth 60,000 but congrats.
