If there is anyone in AZ who would be interested in a header; please shoot me a PM. I'd like to try my hand at s Renesis header, I know there are plenty of companies making them, but that does not mean there is room for improvement. I am willing to make and install for near the cost of materials. I also know the market is saturated with Chinese junk, as most of you know I make parts at the other end of the spectrum.

Don't waste your time. The restriction is in the engine, not the exhaust log.

The port outlets are tiny and the diffuser in the center port screws up the flow. A header will just give you another source of heat under the hood, but no additional power.

Now, if you want to start fabricating turbo manifolds, I have one that I made that you can duplicate if your welding skills are better than mine. I'm in Ahwatukee.

Yea I scraped that project a while ago. I'd still like to give it a shot someday...

Anyhow we are trying to find someone with an 8 would can afford to turbocharge it the right way.

Thanks for the offer, but I would like to make something a little different. Nice website you have there though, I would someday like to check your car out....

The FE manifold looks allot like a damn header lol. According to RB and there testes. The header is prime tuned and no power was able to be found in it. Only 8hp was found from the cat back and 8hp from removing the cat but only 8hp was found with both of them changed so only seems like 8 is possible.

na, the manifold sucks. it's just that the exhaust ports suck even more, so it doesn't matter.

Weakest link...

The manifold isn't that bad, actually - especially when you compare it to other OEM offerings.

It is smooth internally, well insulated and will flow way more than the motor can make.

The compactness may be working against us, though.
