I have an 87 that I feel confident meets the reliable criteria, although I'm not sure how to define decent. I've had this vehicle 2 days and I purchased it to resale. I'm not a dealer, I just like RX7s and run across a popular item now and then for resale. Is Northeast Texas what you meant by Northeast?
