Selling My White 94 Rx7 Touring Model

Hello Ladies and Gentleman, the time has come that i have to sell my 1994 rx-7. The car is a touring model, white in color, with a glass sunroof, with a tan leather interior. The car has 80,000 miles on it and i am asking $21,000 for the car. Here is the list of all the stuff the car has on it.
Interior:
1. Apexi Power FC with COmmander
2. SPI Boost Guage
3. Greedy Turbo Timer
4. Pioneer Head Unit
Exterior:
1. R-1 lip painted white
2. Volk Racing GTA Wheels, 17x9 in the front and 17x10 in the rear
3. Kumho Exsta MX 245 in the front and 285 in the rear (they have less than 500 miles on them)
4. Clifford Intelliguard 8000 with proxmity sensors inside and outside the car; plus wheel sensors (anyone tries to jack the car the alarm will go off). The system was also installed at a clifford authroized dealer so the lifetime warranty applies and also clifford will give you up to $3000 if the car is ever stolen.
5. Brand new paint job. The car was re-painted the original white it was. Cost was $3,600; painted by Ben Clymer in Southern California.

2. Vaccum hose job done with silicone hoses
3. Pettit aluminum AST
4. ACT Clutch
5. APexi Intakes
6. Hard Pipe Kit all around
7. Greedy Water pump pulley
8. Brand new belts and hoses all around
9. Fuel Filter changed 100 miles ago
10. 3-rotor fuel pump
11. Blitz BOV
12. Tein HA Coilovers
13. ATE Super Blue Brake fluid
14. Stainless steel brake lines
15. Brembo Slotted rotors front and rear
16. Hawk HPS brake pads
17. Brand new 1300cc secondary injectors
18. Flyudine Radiator
19. Apexi FMIC
20. Sr Motorsports stainless steel down pipe and mid pipe (bung welded on for tunning purposes)
21. PFS Catback
Extras:
Car was tunned by Reactive Racing (Demetrious K.) in Maryland; I will also include the stock wheels and tires that came with the car; the car also recently had a tune up done at XS Engineering; also will include a set of stock twin turbos that have 10,000 miles on them, they were bought from Reactive Racing and were inspected by them also.
Guys this car is a beauty i have spared no expense on it, nothing on the car is used at all everything has been done the right way by professionals with all brand new parts.
