I am selling my baby...'93 RX-7 Red/Blk, 5 spd, Touring model

My boyfriend crashed my car a couple of months ago by himself on the freeway. It was a very rainy day, and he hydroplaned and crashed into the center divide. (I know I should have had better tires)

I am selling the entire car and will not part out. After my engine blew at around 115k, I invested nearly $17k on engine work alone. Most of my modifications are listed below...

-99 JDM Sequential Twin-Turbos

-ACT Racing Clutch

-SR Motorsports mid-pipe and down-pipe

-Silicone vaccum and water hoses

-Rotary Performance Cold-Air Box

-Rotary Performance Polished Intake Pipe Kit

-Apex GT Exhaust

-Tokico Illumina Adjustable Rear Shocks

-Greddy SMIC

-Mazda Comp Performance Radiator

-Street Porting

-HKS SSQ BOV

-3MM Apex Seals

-Apex Turbo Timer and Boost Guage

-Rebuilt Stock Transmission, bearings starting to make noise though

I probably have more things in my car that I forgot about...I'll edit this post if I remember. But all of these parts, with the exception of the shocks and turbo timer, are fairly new and have around 10k on them. My car was never driven under ANY boosting or harsh conditions because I wasn't able to put in the PFC just yet. Most of my heavy work was done at Rotary Performance in Pleasanton and I have all of my receipts to show all work done and it even indicates the date and car's mileage at the time of service. The engine still runs and sounds fine, my boyfriend flushed all the fluids and lets the engine run for a few minutes at least once a week.

Also please note that the car already has a salvage title. I bought the car 3 years ago and the seller told me that it had a clean title, although it did get into an accident but it was just a minor fender bender. I didn't realize the salvage title until I tried to insure my car with full coverage and the insurance company didn't allow me to because of this. This is the reason why I only have liability insurance, and also why I didn't report this accident to them. My lawsuit against the previous owner is still pending.

I also have a couple of parts that are BRAND NEW and still in their original packaging that I am going to include in the sale of my car.

-Racing Beat Front Sway Bar and Mounts

-Cusco Strut Bar

-Eibach Pro-kit Springs, about 1.25" drop

-HKS Super Mega Flow Intake

Please note that the situation with my car is not for the weak-hearted. The car is NOT in driving condition as the steering rod is broken and requires a tow.

I am a very accomodating seller, and willing to accept offers WITHIN REASON. I will review all offers first before making a decision. Please contact my phone at (415) 724-5172 and ask for Mark or Ivy to make an appointment, or e-mail at ivycruz1@hotmail.com or my boyfriend at m_artuz@hotmail.com for pictures and video clips. Thanks again for looking!

$8k sounds too good to be true? It's a wrecked car. Regardless of mods, unless it's a full 20B setup or something stupid

well, we took off the intercooler and removed the battery and piping so we can get a better look at the internal damge...it looks as if the radiator support has given in...and although it doesn't look like it to me, i'm not so sure if there's any frame damage. It's not really as bad as it sounds/looks, I just don't have time anymore or patience for this situation.
