I have all the service records on this car since 44,XXX miles. This car has been well taken care of and has been serviced by a Mazda dealer on every record I have. I have receipts for all oil changes from 44,400 miles until now and this car has never gone overdue. This car has over $17,000.00 in service receipts. The motor was replaced at 52,210 mi. turbo replaced at 59,339 mi. transmission replaced at 84,018 mi. struts replaced at 83,715 mi. clutch replaced at 83,715 mi. All of this was done at a Mazda dealer and new factory parts were used. All recalls have been done on the car. All vacuum hoses have been replaced with silicone hoses (this is a must with any rx7) I have owned this car for 8 months and have had no problems with it. All performance parts were added within these 8 months. This car is a blast to drive and is very fast so I do not recommend this car to an inexperienced driver. All this car needs is a good high volume fuel pump and a retuned ECU and it is capable of low 12 or high 11 second 1/4 mile passes. I have never raced this car or ran it hard but the power can be felt. This car has had over $33,000.00 invested in it over the past 5 years so it should be ready for quite a few more years before it needs any work. Keep in mind that this car is 10 years old so the paint is not perfect there are some dings on the car quite a few on the passenger door and some scratches also. The air condition is also presently not working. These are the only known problems. The car leaks no oil. It will boost 14 psi (currently set at 9) so the turbos are in good working order. I am asking $14,000 for the car but trades and offers are welcome. I can be reached at 601-856-1767 or 601-906-0195 Brian

Why were these items replaced with that kind of mileage?

I am not positive because I did not own it at that time but the service order said that it would not start so I am sure the motor had lost comprssion. The turbo was lacking power and leaking oil.

agh.. that sucks.. Ever thought about parting it out? :smirk: Any pics of the interior? If the interior was in good shape.. I'd take the interior..

That doesn't sound too odd. I have seen Rx-7 with new engines at that mileage. Maybe the owner just didn't maintain it or just had the extra dough.

Yea, that's true.. but usually you hear of most new engines around the 70K mark.. I was just wondering..
