Fs: S5 Convertible Fc - $1500/obo!

After much thought, I've decided to sell my 1989 Rx-7 convertible. She's black on black with about 136K miles. I'm asking $1500 OBO. She starts, runs and drives but definately needs some work. It needs lots of little things:
Major work:
1. Auto tranny is starting to go out, and will either need replacement or refurbishment.
2. The u-joint in the main driveshaft needs to be replaced.
3. The seats are in definate need of re-skining.
Minor work:
1. Drivers side window is off the track
2. There is a small ammount of body work needed where the rear bumper meets the body and to remove minor dings, and the bumper will have to be replaced. I have a replacement bumper in the same color, it just needs to be bolted on.
3. There is a small paint bubble on the front bubble that needs to be corrected.
All in all, it should take no more than (at most) about $1300. to return this car to factory condition.

To add some more info I forgot:
This car also has an aftermarket AM/FM CD player with custom installed polk 6.5" components and polk 4" underdash speakers. Headrest speakers and controls still present and in working order.

Come on guys, someone has got to want this car!
This car has all the available options for this year, excluding airbags! This car also has clear bumper lights and an aftermarket exhaust system! All four 15" BBS mesh wheels are in good condition with centercaps, and are shod with 205/55/15 Bridgestone Potenzas! Top is in good shape with leather cover and hard panel bag. Spare tire and jack kit are still present as well.
