5 spd manual
PW/PL/Cruise/AM-FM cassette/glass moonroof
60,200 miles chassis
~7,000 miles motor
3rd owner
All synthetic fluids in tranny + diff.
Not a daily driver - only put on a few thousand miles - if that.
Excellent condition, no accidents, clean carfax, all body panels EC, newer paint on front+rear bumpers. Interior EC. No clunking from suspension. Good AC. No tranny grinds. Car is truly in an increasingly rare GREAT shape. Always garaged and covered - never raced. Perfect boost pattern. Compression numbers are well over 9's all the way around - both rotors. Always used Sunoco Ultra94 fuel and premixed every tank. Have almost all documentation. Well sorted. Have almost all stock parts.
New motor mounts, hose clamps, intake sensor, thermostat, water lines, FC thermoswitch, fuel filter, NGK spark plugs + wires and a few more things I'm surely forgetting.
All extras have been on the car for no more than 1,000 miles. I cannot stress enough, this car has NOT BEEN RAGGED OUT. I haven't had enough time to drive it. There is well over $5k in extras and many $k's more in paid and personal labor time invested.

Asking $20,000 firm AS-IS with all stock parts included. I will also throw in a CASE OF IDEMITSU ROTARY ENGINE OIL /FUEL PREMIX/ K&N oil filter with this price. I don't feel like ripping all of this stuff off....
But.....
Will sell for a minumum of $16,000 and will remove extras+stock parts to suit a motivated buyer's needs/wants/budget between those two numbers. I can always sell items individually and get most of my money back. The minimum price will still include the Fluidyne/rad. hoses/Pettit AST/Efini y-pipe/RB dual/M2 dp/hi-flow ($2000 + in parts) b/c I believe all FD's should have these reliability mods anyway.
