Fs: 94 Mb Touring
#1
Hey everyone, as some of you probably already know, I moved Germany and was hoping to bring my FD over here but we don't have a guarantee of how long we will be here! I love '94 MB touring and I really don't want to sell it but there is just too much to deal with when it comes to being over here and me shipping my car is out of the question! I bought it from sullycrx about a year ago and it had 126k miles on it at the time. I wasn't afraid to buy it with such high mileage because I knew the compression was still good and it was running strong. Now, today it has about 132k miles on it, and yes that is the original motor! I know some people are skeptical about buying a FD with the original motor and mileage that is above the average selling FD, but the compression is still good and it pulls harder than you would imagine!!!!!!
If you are REALLY, I mean really interested than I can get my parents to take it to get a compression test. It's just so hard since I am over here and the car is in the states! The car is located in Charleston, SC in my parent's garage and is being well taken care of! My dad being a car freak, has been watching over her just like I would! Everything on the car was done by my husband sullycrx and NRG Performance or myself, so either one of us can answer any question you might have about it!
As I mentioned before, it is Montego Blue and it is a touring model so it has the Bose System, sunroof, cruise control, etc! The interior black/tan! Everything is black (panels, dash, etc) except for the tan leather seats and the tan carpet! Car is a 5 speed with a ACT 6 puck Xtreme clutch with only about 500 miles on it! It is non- sequential which was done by sullycrx and Shaun at NRG Performance in Tallahassee, FL! It's the true non-sequential mod which as you probably already know, is when the pre-sprool door is welded, etc open so that you're turbos sprool at the same time! There is VERY little lag, the turbos start to sprool at around 2900-3500 rpms and the turbos pull about 10 pounds of boost! This car is awesome!
I bought this car because I totaled my 94 White Touring and I knew I wanted another FD!! I personally will never own anything but a rotary and when I get back to the states in hopefully the next 3 years, then I'll definitely buy another FD!!! I thought when I bought the car from sullycrx that I wouldn't be as happy with it as I was with my totaled white FD, but I was totaly wrong! My white FD had 67k miles on when I totaled it and it pulled very strong, and I thought that it would be very hard to find something that compared to it, but the day I bought this MB FD I was in shock! I picked it up from Tallahassee, FL and drove home to South Carolina the same day, I was so excited about how strong it pulled and how great the suspension was on it! Anyway, my point is, I love this car and if you drive it I'm know you'll feel the same way! It didn't and never will compare to my 67k mile FD that I owned before it!
Mods on the car include...
-HKS Titanium/ Carbon Fiber Exhaust
-ACT 6 puck Clutch
-HKS Intake System
-APEXi Turbo Timer
-Tanabe Down Percideo Springs
-Cusco Front Strut Tower Brace
-Magnacor Spark Plug Wires
-HKS Racing Spark Plugs
-Manual Boost Controller
-Non Sequential also known as the True Twin Mod
-Throttle Body Mod (Removed second butterfly)
-Vacuum Tubes removed (car only has 3-4 vacuum lines, removed the relay rack)
-EGR removed
-Smog Pump removed
-Also I have a car cover for it that has been used for 2 months!
-R1 lip as well!
I'm not going to post a price for the car, and I don't want to be low balled but I will take any offers as long as they aren't crazily low for this wonderful, well taken care of FD!!
I will post pictures as soon as I can! I'll get my parents to take some pics that way they will be more recent! I will not be emailing pics, I'm just going to post them on this thread as soon as I get them!! If you have any questions please feel free to email myself at sexxyrx7@msn.com or my husband (sullycrx) who sold me the car almost a year ago, at sullycrx@hotmail.com or I can easily be found on the www.rx7club.com!
Thanks a lot,
Nicole

Not to worry, I'll be getting another one when it's more convient and I have the car to drive! I just don't want to make payments on a car that can't even be driven since I'm over here! I know I'll miss her and probably be a big baby and cry about it, but I know this is the best thing to do right now! Could you send me the pic of it from the BBQ or post it or something???
Thanks, Nicole

Sorry to hear you're selling the FD, Nicole! It's been a long time, I'm glad to hear you're okay!

After calculating the mods and mileage, I've decided to take $12.3k OBO!!! I'm VERY negotiable but I don't want to lose a ton of money or I'll just get someone to install a motor for me and then sell it for much more! Just make me an offer and we'll work it out! I'll post pics tomorrow definitely, sorry about the delay!

Nicole,
I’m just curious, are there a lot of rx-7’s around there? That would be cool to get some souvenir dealing with 7’s or rotaries but with german words on it!!
i see Pete got a new 7 already..he wasn't out of the game very long was he? time for him to build a new monster!
personally, I might’ve blown my engine last sunday…I’ll be checking some
things this weekend to confirm…if so, I’ll be curled in the dark corner crying like
a biotch!
have fun,
fritz
