The car has factory PW,PL,PS,A/C, Sunroof, CD/Tape, BOSE Acoustiwave, Rear Wiper, Rear Window Defroster, ABS, Fog Lights, and Tan Leather Interior. I Bought this car STOCK 2 years ago and have put everything into it. I'm located in Jacksonville, Florida.

sorry to hear you're selling your car Pete but I totally understand. I am also looking to move out of my duplex and into a fully detached home with a GARAGE! I've shared a wall for 8 years and am ready to move on. unfortunately i took a home equity line of credit out on my duplex in order to consolidate my credit card debt and guess what?? I still used my cards after that 
...no discipline at all. i am on the edge of the debt/income ratio of most lenders and have been turned away by at least one conservative lender. oh well, we'll see. good luck in your search for a house and in getting your asking price for the car.

p.s. if your car sells fast will you show up at the bbq in your SE-R? Also, if paying 20% down doesn't work out, you can just pay the pmi at first but then pay extra principal each month until you get below the threshold and then tell them to take the pmi off.
