Actually thats cheap as hell, you could have that baby running with a brand new trans and engine for another $5K and you just bought a 95 3rd gen with a brand new drivetrain for 10K.
Well acutally on second thought your going to need more than 5K unless you buy it all used cause you have to buy all the manifolds, turbos, clutch, ect. By the time its all said and done you'd probably be at 13K if you do the labor.
