93 Cym Rx-7 R1 Fs In Dallas, Tx
#1
Hey guys,
Selling my '93 Competition Yellow Mica RX-7. It needs to go to help out with bills and make room for another project. It has 115k on the chassis, 30k on the engine, and 25k miles on the BNR Stage II turbos.
For lots of pictures, visit http://www.cavellmc.com/rx7 If you have any questions or want to make offers e-mail or call me on my cell. cavell@cavellmc.com or 214.403.4918
Exterior and interior both are probably 8/10. Tons of pictures up on the site mentioned above, including big close ups of little problem spots, couple very small dings, etc. Car runs very well but will need a retune of the Power FC for maximum power (380-390ish range). Currently it's at 335rwhp running 1 bar of boost. AFRs at ~10.0. Chris Ott of Rotary Performance tuned it. Car at good tune with ~17 psi should be good for mid to high 11's on the 1/4. I ran a 12.4 @ 117 before I got rid of wheel hop with a diff brace. Think my '60 was 2.2 or 2.3.
Here are the list of mods
Engine is an aggressive street port with 2mm apex seals, ported by Gotham Racing. Turbos are BNR stage 2's running non sequentially. Wastegate ported.
Upper and lower intake manifolds have been ported and polished
Koyo radiator
Pettit Coolcharge III Intercooler
Red Top Optima relocated to passenger side bin
M2 carbon fiber intake box
What's left of the hoses have been exchanged for silicone
Aluminum AST
KG Parts secondary fuel rail
550cc primary and 1600cc secondary injectors
SX fuel pressure regulator
TT Supra fuel pump
Greddy Profec B Spec II boost controller
Apex'i turbo timer - only used for warming the car up in the mornings
Apex'i Power FC replacement ECU with Commander
Full stainless steel 3" straight through exhaust
Blitz Nur Spec cat back
Differential brace
ACT Street/Strip clutch
Price is $16,500

No dibs. Cash talks!
Once at Gotham Racing though there were 3 CYMs parked inside. Kinda cool having that many in one place.
