It isn't that hard, my neighbor brought his cars with him, all you have to do in Washington State is drive it to the state patrol inspection station, they take a 2 minute look at it, make sure your blinkers work, headlights, etc, etc... Then you are good to go. Same thing you have to do here if you brought the car from another state, so nothing major at all.
