My life is really going to ****. i think the motor in my 10ae has had it so im putting it up for sale. I've only had the car a few months. it has 116k on it, orginal motor. it has a full racing beat exhaust, FCD, TB mod, TID, cone intake, silicone hoses and all emisisons have been removed. it's got newer injectors but not sure how good they really are. i've still got all the stock peices for it though. It has a full kenwood stereo (cd head unit, 4 channel 500 watt amp, 2 10's in a custom box, stock speakers replaced with kenwood, 1/2 farad cap, wiring for 4 amps) the interior is in decent shape. the seats are worn in the normal places. the outside is straight but needs a paintjob. the clutch was also replaced about 10k ago and the breakes just done less than 1k ago. im not sure what is wrong with the motor and don't really have time to mess with it. im asking $2000 obo and i need it gone asap. The car is in avon ct (right outside of hartford). I've also got an FD parts car for $4500 for sale in the 3rd gen section. will give you a deal if you buy both. i will post a link with pics later today.

my first AE met it's death wrapped arround a light pole (i let my friend drive cuz my license was suspended)
the second one was confiscated and destroyed after a NYS salvage inspection went terribly wrong

why did you move the logicon unit? what did you install in its place?
has the car ever been hit before?
if so, how hard, where? any chassis damage?
if not hit, is all of the 'flaking' paint on the car original?
if this is a straight car with no chassis rust or damage, its mine!!!

I need the (Undercover) plastic piece that goes on the underside of the front of and FD. Do you have that and is it in one piece. I live in CT and would be willing to pick it up this week.
Apparently Mazda did not design this part to handle the impact of cats at 100mph.

unles i get a good offer on it im keeping the car. i have another motor lined up and the one that's in there will last me a few weeks. in answer to your question though the car was never hit just flaking paint form sitting for 2 years. i moved the logicon to be different. i was/am going to put a s-afc and wideband readout and a few other things in the spot where the logicon was. i also figured that out of everything that get's used the least so i put it out of the way. it is a big pain to move it but once it's done is going to look sweet
