I have an 84' Mazda Rx7 Gs. The car has about 147,000 miles on it. The carb has a fresh rebuild by the previous owner. When he did it he didnt adjust th efloats i guess so im gonna take the top off and fix them before it goes. There is NO RUST underneath or on the body. The paint is damaged to to the previous owner living on a gravel road. The clutch is original i believe and it still is fine. It doesnt slip much if it slips at all. The oil has just been changed. Along with the plugs. I replaced the factory NGKs with some way better Densos. The drivers side door panel has been removed due to the window gear being broken so i have it off to lift the window by hand. I have the door panel. The sunroof doesnt leak. The tires that are on the car are a softer compound tire and still have about a third of the tread left. The wheels are the factory mazda four spoke wheels that weigh nothing. The exaust has some leaks. The gas gauge doesnt work but its probably just the sending unit. Its a common occurance on any of the first gen Rx7's. As for the rest of the cluster it works perfectly and everything reads accurately. The cruise also works. The coolant light is on but ive checked the coolant many times and its not low at all. The headlights flip up and down perfectly and both work. The tail lights work as well. The drivers side lense is clouded but still shines red like normal. Its just dust or something. I could remove it and clean it but i didnt get around to it. The radio is missing. When i purchased the car it didnt have a radio in it and i never had the money to put into it. The car is a ABSOLUTE BLAST to drive. The gears are quick and the steering is super responsive. The car does have the manual steering box and came from the factory with a good size steering wheel so its easy to turn and to drive. The steering wheel is a replacement i got cause the original brown one was badly damaged so i replaced it with a black one in good shape. This car would make an awesome autocross or weekend racer. I drive it everyday to school and have only had a problem with the battery terminals. They need to be cleaned and i will do that i just haven't yet.



Good: No rust, good clutch, perfect for a swap with a big american motor, good tranny, great handling and steering



Bad: Paint, window gear, gas gauge, exhaust leaks
