1987 TII FS with blown motor

Ok! I have this TII I need to sale. I have gotten it for a second project car from the 3rd-gen I have going single turbo. I was planning to rebuild this TII with a bigger single turbo upgrade. Due to my 3rd-gen eating up all my funds I need to sell the TII and make more room in my driveway.
This TII comes as-is with a blown a missing altenartor and top-mount intercooler but every thing else is intact. Interior of this car is almost mint for a 1987 car. Title is clean. Exterior is in good condition with some dings in the passenger side door, nothing that a paint job could fix. To make this car run again in stock form cost about $1000+ or- in parts/swaping out engine core with a lower miles engine and doing all the work yourself. This is the kind of TII that you can throw a good engine in, bigger turbo and exhaust system.
Put a nice roll cage in and customize everything else for a reasonable price.
Please serious inquires only!!!! This car is for someone whom knows how to rebuild and to do work him/her-self. I do not have the time to ask alot of questions if not intrested in buying. $1600 obo.
