1987 GXL
#1
Located in Long Island, New York. OK, the time has come that I am selling this GXL I have. I just had it put on the lift at my friends auto repair shop, everything checks out good under there, the exaust looks fairly new, it will easily pass inspection/emissions. Its pretty much all stock, the only thing it looks like is that it has one converter in the exaust, but the car is so damm quiet anyhow. Runs good
New:
Plugs
Thermostat ( I had a OEM Mazda one sitting, so I changed it )
Coolant flushed
Oil changed with 20w/50 after doing the ATF engine cleaning
The tires have at least 70-80% tread on them
Car has all options except leather, I had the seat stitched up as it had that rip that they all get on the bolster and it now looks brand new, power moonroof, power windows, mirrors, power steering, A/C. auto adjust suspension, factory rear spoiler. Tinted windows. This is a un-molested car that I bought because the previous owner had flooded it out and had no clue about these cars. Car shows 110,000 miles or so, the engine is not original, someone changed it at some time in the past, when I cannot say, but it runs good and strong. Car is that dark charcoal mettallic with the dark maroon interior. Only the passenger side door has a few of those small dings from other peoples door in it, the drivers door has none, dent about the size of a dime right by the lock in the back of the car. I can arrange to fix the body if someone wants, for a minimal fee, but the damage described is MINIMAL and doesnt take away from the looks of the car. Car is in the process of being detailed: engine cleaned, interior shampoo, and buffed out. The paint shines now, its not dull, so it will look a bit better then the pic I am inserting. I have this car sitting for a while, thought about keeping it, havent had time to sell it, but I am in the process of buying a house, and now I could use the extra money. Asking $1600 for it, but im negotiable. Car is wet in the pic, thats not paint peeling by the way! Sorry about the big pics, but I figured its better to have a big pic for a car for sale.

You could have paid an extra $500 for the engine and you STILL would have made out like a bandit. :smirk:

I have pondered the idea of selling my car, and keeping that one. I would just sell my car with the BBS rims. I could use some extra money, and I could always build another car.
