10AE TII FS CHEAP!

Hey whats up guys. I know i havent posted alot on this forum but i have finally finished our race season so now i can be a computer geek. Ok im selling a white 10AE Turbo 2. I had a few guys that were interested but 2 kept lowballin and the other vanished before his pickup date. Anyway heres a quick list of the mods....
lamco boost guage - oem Sti quality
Racing sparco NT-R 17x8 and 17x9 wheels (has some curb rash)
RE ameimiya mirrors
S5 tailights
Driveline:
35K bone stock JDM motor installed 3 months ago
S5 turbine with Garrett V trim compressor, ported housing and wastegate
40K on JDM gearbox - GREAT condition
thunderfabrications catless downpipe - 3" thermocoated
Goodridge SS lines installed. no screwing around with 18 year old rubber
FMIC included with car (not installed yet and used but its yours if you want it)
Greddy type S BOV
C's JDM short shift kit
JDM Cosmo fuel pump
Racing beat Fuel cut defenser
2 way LSD
YOU will have to pass smog yourself. The car is registered in Michigan and since i have to many toys i didnt even register it yet. The title is clean. You can check the vins if you like. VIN: JM1FC3322J0623900.
The things that need some attention...
The paint is not great. Sloppy job buy previous owner.
There is a vaccum leak from the intake (there was an aftermarket on there proir but the stock one was put back on and there is a crack in the rubber. So this causes it to bail out at a stand still if you dont feather the gas (cheap fix).
Runs rich but im putting in some NGK 10.5 race spark plugs that will even it out alot. Those ill do for free (retail is $125 on those)
Other than that the car rns very quick when you step on it. Also if you have the funds i have a set of bran new HKS Version 2 coilovers that ill let go for $1500 firm. These coilovers retail for over $2200 but i wont need them if i sell the car. Also i have a pair of MINT i mean F&^king MINT Infini bucket seats my buddy got me from Japan. They are snug, have no tears or burns. Those ill let go for $750 or with the car for $500. Im in So Cal and will be more than happy to answer any of your questions. Oh and the motor was checked by our Race Motor builders at work. They gave the thumbs up and said the only thing it needs is a intake and some plugs. Thanks again.

not that im doubting ur credibility or anything but that doesnt look like a 10ae to me looks like the previous owner jus painted it white n called it a 10ae there are alot more factors that make a 10ae different from a tII off the top of my head black leather interior, momo steering wheeland of course the badges. if u get more pics maybe i can tell if its a real 10ae or not

The badges have been stolen but the holes are still there. You are more than welcome to do a carmaz report for yourslef. Thanks o the trade but i need a truck asap for my motorcycles. Ill try to get some more pics of it today or tomm. The interior is in great shape. The dash is clean. The price is $3K without the seats or suspension. Rootsappl like i said if you doubt me than just pay for the carmax report and everyone will find out. anyway i found a truck today at work and the guy said he would sell it to me but i need to get it fast before its gone. How about someone just comes and hands me .........hmmm say $2500 ill let it go. If you want the seats and suspesion ill drop the price as well but i need this truck quick like. Thanks
