The black thing that the beads roll through, mine have literally disintegrated... I'll buy the entire regulator if i absolutely have to, but mine are in perfect condition so i'm trying to avoid that.

Do you mean the rubber tube coming off the side of the regulator? Couldnt you just replace it with a piece of rubber tube from the hardware store?

Its that circle thing i have pointed out with the arrow, its black and is held in place by a pin, i have no idea what its actual name is its about 2" diameter









I'm also pretty sure i MSpainted the motor on upside down.

 

That was my other idea. I definitely dont want to pull that out of mine, it would render them otherwise useless. But if youre interested in buying the whole regulator, just let me know. Ive got one of each side in good working order.
